1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide across South Africa using trusted third-party courier services.


2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major cities: 2–5 business days
  • Outlying areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier or external factors.


3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on location and order size.


5. Risk Transfer

Once an order has been handed to the courier:

  • Risk transfers to the customer
  • We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party logistics providers

We will, however, reasonably assist customers in tracking or resolving courier issues.


6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
